Greetings, we are currently on-hold from selling on eCrater due to a very unsettling incident. We had a buyer who wasn't home to receive her parcel and she left us very negative feedback without bothering to inquire as to what happened. Her package came back "Un-Claimed." We were unable to respond to neg. feedback and that left us looking like dishonest people which we are not!
